Rock the Pistes festival 2012

For 5 days the 12 French-Swiss resorts of the Portes du Soleil will be resonating to the rhythm of these unique FREE concerts, all taking place in outstanding and original settings! In 2012, the second edition of this unique new music festival takes place showcasing the best International and French pop-rock artists…Including Minouchet favourite Fránçois & the Atlas Mountains. This is a music festival like no other in Europe, all you need to see the gigs is your liftpass!
Basscamp Festival

Morzine’s first winter music festival lands this winter season. Basscamp is a 5 day mash-up of international DJs, electronic music, apres parties & dancing until the sun comes up.

8th Pass’Portes du Soleil MTB

The Pass’Portes is a three day mountain bike event that spans the whole PDS. Hundreds of competitors race across the mountains up to a height of 2500m The 80 km circuit uses 14th lifts and for those who really want to hurt there is a separate course for those wishing to cycle up hill. The trek takes one day, and participants can choose whether to ride it on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. For more information visit http://www.passportesdusoleil.com
Harley Days Morzine
July
This annual 3 day event sees Morzine resonates with the sound of Harley Davidson motor bikes and live music. There will be much cooing over bikes, demonstrations, and this year the mini festival will be rounded off by Status Quo! Good or bad? you decide. Morzine Harley Days 2011
Mont Blanc Rally
September
Summer wouldn’t be the same in Morzine without seeing the French Automobile Championships’ Mont Blanc-Morzine Rally come to town. For the last 20 years rally drivers have raced around the resort, the Joux Verte and Joux Plane passes before making for the Cote d’Arbroz…this is one of the finest mountain rallies around. This is a stage in the French Championship rally and there will be various demonstrations and activities in and around Morzine.
